Our Evening CNA/HHA Course
The evening CNA/HHA class is the most affordable high quality intensive night time study program in the Tulsa and Broken Arrow area. It is designed to help those wanting to get their certification as fast as possible to take their first step into a new career. Our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class includes Home Health Aide (HHA) training to maximize your skill set and career opportunities. Our great teachers and staff are dedicated to helping you learn everything you need to pass your state CNA certification test, gaining your HHA certification at the same time.

What to Expect
Our night class meets Monday through Friday from 5:30pm to 9:30pm for four weeks. A certified nursing assistant helps patients with activities of daily living, personal and environmental hygiene, and other healthcare needs under the supervision of a Nurse.
Training covers a wide set of skills and knowledge that will be learned through lecture and hands on training including things like:
Basic Nursing Skills: Vital signs, Safety, infection control, communication skills, observing and reporting.
Personal Care Skills: Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding techniques, movement and positioning.
Mental Health Needs: Proper awareness and response to patients behavioral and mental health needs.
Care of Cognitively Impaired: Techniques and methods for communicating, understanding, and appropriately responding to issues related to impaired patients, such as those with Alzheimer's.
Basic Restorative Services: Training patients in self care, using assistive devices, maintaining range of motion, proper turning and positioning in bed
